Step Inside the Haunted Desk: Gothic Halloween Journals
There is a darker side to my studio.
The haunted desk is where witches wander through graveyards, crows gather at forgotten gates and old houses keep their lights burning long after midnight.
My handmade gothic Halloween journals are created for those of us who prefer spooky season without the cheerful orange pumpkins. Inside, you’ll find coffee-dyed papers, torn edges, vintage book pages, eerie illustrations, black lace, pockets, envelopes, tags and plenty of room for writing.
Each journal is made individually in my Canadian studio, so no two are quite the same. Some feel like forgotten grimoires. Others resemble old records recovered from a haunted house. All of them are intended to be explored, written in and filled with stories of your own.
The journal shown here is called Cursed—a shadowy paper world of haunted houses, graveyards, witches and curious remnants waiting between the pages.
