When Scrapbooking Meets Junk Journaling

Winter Junk Journal Planner Pages | Creative Planning for the New Year

The start of a new year always feels like fresh paper — and this winter I wanted my planner pages to feel just as cozy and inspiring as the season itself.

In today’s video, I’m creating a set of winter-themed planner pages inside my junk journal using collage, layered paper, vintage-inspired scraps, and ephemera. Instead of using a traditional planner, I love building my own pages that I can use for business planning, creative ideas, and daily to-do lists — all in a way that feels artistic rather than overwhelming.

This junk journal approach to planning is one of my favorite creative rituals. It allows me to use up leftover scraps, play with texture and color, and turn something practical into something beautiful. Each page becomes both a workspace and a piece of art, which makes me far more likely to actually use it.

If you love junk journaling, scrapbooking, creative planning, and paper crafting, this video is a cozy little invitation to slow down, glue some paper, and gently organize your thoughts for the season ahead.
